About
“For me, my painting is an exploration, a journey of discovery inside and outside. I strive for presence and an expression of light, hope, visual listening, curiosity and desire. And to convey something beyond the fixed form of things. My paintings often have abstract motifs where you can sense diffused landscapes with a sense of light and space.
I also want to explore different materials and the expressions they can give, and work in an abstract intuitive and associative spirit where the viewer is given the opportunity for personal interpretations. My desire is for my work to function like a friend or a sudden light – that gives energy back to the room.”
